A Little Thing Called Fate: Chapter 3
A Once Upon a Time Fanfic Emma feels much more sympathetic towards Jefferson now.
Obviously she still has a problem with the whole kidnapping her and Mary Margaret thing, but as she sits curled up on her couch with the curtains closed, just trying to sort through two lives' worth of memories in a single morning, she can understand how it might make her crazy.
When it’s finally time for her to pick up Henry from Josh’s house, she’s grateful for the distraction.

A Little Thing Called Fate: Chapter 2
A Once Upon a Time Fanfic She doesn’t mean for it to become something.
When she met Killian during what she considered the grand finale to a really crappy day, she accepted his invitation in hopes of salvaging some little bit of fun for the night. It was supposed to just be a one-time thing. He wasn’t supposed to listen so eagerly to her stories about Henry, or be so ridiculously charming.

A Little Thing Called Fate: Chapter 1
A Once Upon a Time Fanfic It’s a coincidence, he tells himself. Anything stronger than that would feel too much like hope, and he’s not sure how much of a heart he has left to break.
When he left her family in the Enchanted Forest to be the heroes and leaders they were, his only expectations were to fall into the same numbing habits that consumed him for decades after Milah’s death, only this time with nothing to work toward.

The Rising Sun: Chapter 3
A Harry Potter Fanfic “Snape hates me,” Harry groaned as they sat in the library the next day. He dropped his head onto the table beside the parchment he was supposed to write his essay on.
“He dislikes you,” Draco agreed as he flipped through his potions textbook, “a lot, but I don’t think he hates you.”
“You were in potions today, weren’t you?” Weasley asked. “When he threw Harry’s entire potion out because it smelled a little funny?

All's Fair in Love and Woe: Chapter III
A Wednesday Fanfic Eugene hesitated with his hand posed to knock on Wednesday’s door, then let it drop. What was he doing there? He didn’t know. It had been far too easy to sneak into Ophelia Hall, but now he was practically waiting for someone to catch him because he was too scared to talk to his best friend.
And really, there was no reason for him to be scared. Well, unless she was mad at him for something.

Side by Side with You: Chapter 3
An X-Men Evolution Fanfic Kurt yawned as he walked inside the mansion. Scott had convinced him to help grade some papers until late last night, and after getting up early for church, he was exhausted and ready for a nap.
His stomach grumbled loudly. Okay, maybe he could eat first. He changed course for the kitchen, where several of the younger kids were fixing a very late breakfast. He pulled out some bread and peanut butter and started fixing lunch.

New Alliances: Chapter 5
An X-Men Evolution Fanfic “No, not again,” Roberto groaned as Bobby turned up the volume.
“Hey,” Bobby said, raising his hands innocently, “You got to pick the music on the way to school, I get to pick it now.” Roberto grumbled something in Portuguese that probably wasn’t polite.
Sam stared out the window, trying to tune them out. Their first day back to school had been exhausting, and he was ready to get back to the mansion and go to bed.

A New Woman: Chapter 8
An Agent Carter Fanfic Peggy and Edith arrived at the dancehall before the men. Edith closed her eyes and soaked in the music as she ran her hands down the satiny material of her dress. She thought about her brother taking her to the dancehall back home. She missed those nights, stumbling back into the house, unable to stand from laughter at Charlie’s mimicry of her various partners of the night.

A New Woman: Chapter 7
An Agent Carter Fanfic Edith woke to voices–male voices–coming from downstairs. Then she heard Peggy’s laugh among them and relaxed.
When she dressed and came downstairs, she found Peggy standing beside the kitchen table, where Jack and another man sat. Pastel files littered the table around them.
“Am I interrupting something?” she asked.
Peggy spun around. “Oh, Edith! I hope we didn’t wake you.” She turned back to the table and gathered some of the files.

What Haunts the Shadows: Chapter 1
An Akagami no Shirayuki-hime (Snow White with the Red Hair) It’s strange how miraculous power seems to those who don’t have it.
A hand stretched toward a girl without a country or a boy without a name, and suddenly anything seems possible. Like shopgirls can marry princes, and carpets can fly, and everyone will live happily ever after.
Then you get closer, and there are . . . limits.
A bird has to prove its worth and so does a girl.
